TechyUpdate is a small, independent site about app updates and AI tools. When WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva or Windows change something, we try it ourselves and show you how to use it, what to do when it doesn’t show up, and whether the paid plan is worth it.
Why we started
Most tech news tells you that a feature exists. It rarely tells you where to tap, why it isn’t on your phone yet, or whether it works in your country. We write the guide we wanted to find: short, step by step, with real screenshots.
What makes our guides different
- We try it first. Every guide marked Tested was used on our own phone or computer and shows our own screenshots.
- Availability, honestly. We say which platforms and countries had a feature on the day we tested it, including Pakistan.
- Real prices. Prices and plans come from each company’s own website, with the date we checked them.
- One guide per update. When a feature changes, we update the existing guide instead of publishing the same news again.
Who runs TechyUpdate
TechyUpdate is run by Muhammad Nasir Khan from Pakistan. He started the site to make software choices simpler and more honest. Read how we test.

AI tools help us research and draft. Steps, screenshots and test notes come from our own use, and facts are checked against each company’s website before we publish.
